My goal is to provide my clients with a cohesive, streamlined brand from start to finish. For this reason, I only take a select few projects that outside the scope of the packages I offer. I offer 3 different packages that features the most popular design service. More information can be found in Design Services.
At the moment I only offer WordPress Website designs. That being said, I use WordPress because it is the most popular blogging system in use on the Web, at more than 60 million websites. It’s easy to use, flexible and has limitless options to create unique websites. Learn more about WordPress from Wiki.
Project time frames vary due to client response times {revisions, content, etc} and require a set schedule prior to starting your project. Please check Design Process, where you will find detailed information regarding for branding, website design as well as the full branding + website process. Rush services are available at an additional cost if needed.
Accepted payment methods are Credit Card and Email Money Transfer (EMT). All branding project payments are due in two parts, a 50% non-refundable payment is due prior to work commencing and to hold your spot in the queue. The second half of the payment is due at project completion, before final files are delivered and/or website is launched. Depending on the complete total cost, various payment options are available. Any payment for print items are due before items are sent to the printer.
Ideally I would start on your project right away! However since I want to ensure that my clients always receives quality service and product, I never want to rush through a project. I only take on a few projects at one time. If there is availability, we can start as soon as you’re ready but usually there is a 1-2 month waiting period. This waiting period can come in handy when you need to prepare for the project (for your client homework, see my design process page to learn more about that). The best thing to do is contact me first and find out.
Yes, absolutely. After your consultation, you will be sent a quote that you can verify is according to what package or service you choose. Once you accept the quote, you will be taken to your contract which details policies, the project specs and the terms and conditions of our collaboration together. You must read, agree and sign digitally to accept the contract before we can start any work together.
Once we’re setup and ready to start the project, you’ll receive your unique password to access your client area (the Project Page). This is where you’ll have constant access to files you need, project status, next actionable steps, and much more to keep us both in the loop. This way we can transition from start to launch efficiently.
Absolutely! The only thing that really needs to be taken into consideration is the time difference when communicating on a project. However I found this to be easily be solved by communicating often via email and you are always kept updated on project status.
For certain common items such as business cards, flyers, stickers. Printing is not currently offered as part of my packages however you can certainly add this option on if you’d like me to handle your printing. Contact me for more details.
I provide all formats you need. Typically Logo designs are provided in EPS (Scalable vector file), PDF, JPG and PNG (transparent background). I also provide hi-res and web-res versions for your convenience. For printable designs, you receive PDF and JPG files.
